During initial set up of my SBR at Christmas, I set the alarm for every weekday but not for the weekend and to use the CASCADE sound with increasing volume. This has been working perfectly until last Monday morning when the radio came on at alarm time LOUD and both in my earphones and the loudspeaker. When I hit the OFF button, the radio stopped but the Cascade alarm started. I had made no changes of any sort so this is a complete mystery to me. Is such strange alarm behaviour a known fault?
