If I understand your explanation correctly, the Radio is probably playing, but you cannot hear it because it is at home and you are at work. In other words, the mysqueezebox.com remote control is doing just that: controlling your SB Radio remotely. The mysqueezebox.com remote control is not a radio player itself, only a control for a hardware squeezebox.
If you want to listen to all of those stations at your work pc, you could see about installing Squeezeplay, which is a software player that emulates the hardware Squeezeboxes, although it doesn't have all of the features of the hardware SBs (for example, some streaming services don't work with Squeezeplay).
