Yes exactly , a bit callous imo , but you get rid some of the hassle and expense for support issues :-/ that seems to be common factor ,just like no official NAS support or oficial Linux build ? Hey wonder what they think when they realise that they inherited many LMS bugs in their UE music library software :~ suppose the scanner that caused so much grief among users are still there....
