So I've found the Shortcuts folder and the ShortcutsMeta.lua file. It isn't commented out, but it references the AdvancedSettingsBetaFeatures menu that doesn't exist. I tried to set it to just AdvancedSettings instead, but that didn't get me anywhere. Hmm...
