I upgraded to the UE firmware. It is working for me without issue.
However, as a lifeline, I wanted to add back the Firmware Upgrade option
just in case.
I was able to successfully to change the file, as noted by bluegaspode,
by removing the two minus signs in the file using Terminal in Mac OS X.
However, upon rebooting, when I go to the Advanced menu, there is no
option for Firmware Upgrade. All I have listed is:
- Generate PIN
- Diagnostics
- Networking
- Software Update
- Factory Reset
- Restore Defaults
Am I in the right menu area or am looking in the wrong spot?
Thanks for all the great postings and information.
