I stopped before selecting it , wonder what had happened if it moved over to mysqueezebox.com but it is a bug in itself that this menu item is visible at all ? I did not dare to try as something (Radio ,musqueezebox.com or LMS ) is overwriting my preferences... Resetting the player can always be done ,but the particularly nasty thing with this bug is that it corrupts the servers.prefs file ,so you resurrect your player and at the instant it connects to your local server it's stuck again ! Further if the corrupt setting also resides on mysqueezebox.com you could get a nasty loop when it is synced with the local server ? so that the player always gets the wrong setting whatever server it connects to . To break the loop you migth need to delete the player on mysqueezebox.com and then edit the server.prefs file I think you where lucky to be able to just edit the file . But how many normal users will realise how this works , they would probably reinstall the server and create a new mysqueezebox.com account in the end of the day . I wonder if it would be good to write a bug report in bugzilla ? Nowadays bugs are simply not fixed anymore ,but on the other hand this is a very ugly bug and it would at least be properly documented , if the issue is completely described ? If some dev is reading this my Radio still present this fixed volume option , is there any particular file in the radio that could tell you why this is the case ?
