Just to add to what Mnyb is seeing: Yesterday connected to LMS on the Radio I went to Settings > Audio Settings > Fixed Volume, right arrow here connected me to mysqueezebox.com without a prompt to do so, I selected "Fixed Volume" Reconnected back to LMS, and the "Fixed Volume" item has disappeared, the volume control although set at 100% worked as normal with a IR remote, and the volume knob, and I was able to turn the sound down to normal levels. Restarted LMS, still no "Fixed Volume" item. Rebooted the Radio, "Fixed Volume" item is back ... rinse, repeat.
