Yes, I thought about that, at which point do I move the media server to a Mac mini or something? I might do this anyway for other reasons. However..., if the server was completely CPU bound for transcoding or whatever, wouldn't i get other issues, like stuttering of music? And how come the drift doesn't resolve itself as the song plays? It is possible that I have not waited long enough? When a song is playing not sync'ed, it is really noticeable and we go to rewind the song relatively quickly as it can be really awful sounding. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bengaldave's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4605 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98118 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
