The NAS box is serving a number of other things, but its primary intention was to allow my media collection to be accessible at work and other locations. Right now, all ports are open as the device is in the DMZ of my router, but still has an internal 192.168.x.x address. With all the functions this box is providing, it was easier to secure it with strong passwords and place it outside the firewall.
With no password in place, the Radio connects with no issues. With the password in place, the Radio asks for a username, accepts it, then asks for a password. When I enter the password and press the knob to continue, it just sits there at the password screen. It acts like it's waiting for some other button press to acknowledge that I've entered something.
