My thought too, (I've gone the reset route already) except that the firmware shows as 10.0.0r16857 and when I go to the http://uesmartradio.com/player/viewPlayers site and select "Add a new radio" it connects to the device. Even after the reset the Remote Login menu item is available. It's a chimera. I have to mention, that while the replacement radio came out of a factory sealed box several of the protective stickers looked like they installed by a 3 year old. Perhaps this was a factory refurbished rather than a new replacement radio as I had been promised; and perhaps the guys at the factory did not quite do their job in checking functionality. If this is so, it would appear that it is possible to cock-up the conversion process. I can't think of any other explanation.
