save it, then he told me to turn the unit off, go back in to the
settings -> advanced -> convert to squeezebox -> manual update....but I
still got that same failure. However when I (on my own later) did a
full factory reset and it came back on it loaded new firmware, and when
it came on it was a squeezebox. So it wasn't exactly like the old
manual method where you manually copy the .bin file in the /dev
directory and make a link then reboot, and it was nothing like the
"automatic" procedure logitech claims will work. Yes, I am confused.
