I called tech support and he had me go in and edit the .lua file and uncomment the line and then reboot and then try and it still wouldn't work. He seemed kind of confused though. He suggested I try another ISP...I have no idea why but instead of going through my router which is connected to my Charter ISP, I connected it through my phone (verizon hotspot) and it did the exact same thing. I think I am going to try the full manual method and see if that works. When I told him I had never set up a UEsmartradio.com account he said I had to do that before the conversion to squeezebox would work, but that didn't help either.
