I hope someone knows the answer to this problem. I have found radio stations using the standard search function in the radio and saved them as favourites and as presets. I have done the same for my friend who is not very computer literate and also wanted to listen to the BBC like I do. In other words, we have two identical radios with roughly the same stations saved on them. However, my friend receives info on the programmes running and images to go with them, while my radio stopped doing that for most stations some time ago. When I listen to BBC Radio 2, I always see a picture of Bob Harris and it says I'm listening to Bob Harris Country -- no matter which programme is running (in fact, I wouldn't want to listen to that). My friend always sees the title of the BBC Radio 4 programme that is running, whereas on my radio it says "No Title" and there's a generic logo.
Whatever I do this doesn't change. I've deleted favourites and resaved them. I've tried Restore Factory Settings. No use. Any help would be appreciated.
