Thanks for your quick response! Both radios are Squeezebox Radios (not UE). We both use www.mysqueezebox.com, not local server. I installed the Logitech software so I could listen to music as well as radio stations, but I found it irritating to have to keep adjusting the radio when my computer wasn't on. (I can't understand why the radio can't connect to a hard drive through my Fritzbox router/NAS, but has to have access to sound files on a computer running Logitech software). Anyway that means for a short time I occasionally connected the radio to the Logitech server on my PC. But I uninstalled it ages ago and have only used the radio with mysqueezebox.com to access radio stations/podcasts. My friend never installed the server software as he hardly ever uses his laptop at home (and still only listens to music from CDs). His machine is basically as it was out of the box with a few favourites/presets saved. We do not have BBCiPlayer or BBCiPlayer Extra. I thought that was only for TV. Anyway outside the UK it doesn't work - we're both in Germany. We listen to the radio stations listed on the Logitech menus: Radio 4, Radio 2, Radio 4 Extra, a variety of podcasts (using the Podcast app and entering URL given on the relevant Radio 4 page). On my radio some local German stations offer data, some don't. The logos are often mixed up. My wife listens to French station Nostalgie, but it shows the logo for a Frankfurt station FFH! Any suggestions would be welcome!
