I can confirm having the same issue since 2 or 3 days. I can easily browse through Napster using my UE Radio or Squeezebox touch device. All works fine until I try to play any song with it.
Could you please enable debug logging for plugin.rhapsodydirect, re-try, then upload your server.log file (get the ZIP file from Settings/Information)?
