Unplugged the Squeezebox BOOM yesterday and replugged into power after being off for 13 hours. Unfortunately, the same problems existed upon trying for an hour fussing with the BOOM...very slow response to all buttons pushed if any.
So, after an hour I managed to get it to turn off with the pwr button...took many attempts. Overnight, I noticed the clock on and no "connecting" on display like I had seen before. So, this morning, the Alarm went off and the station started playing as setup! I then tried other stations and buttons and all worked immediately without any delays or errors. It is now working properly once again! Thanks to all for the hand holding and work to get things going again.
