It is a Verizon issue, there is nothing wrong with our radios - they have not had a software update in years. In the last week, I have experienced many short internet disruptions with Verizon- they are making network changes and one of their changes affected our radios at least in the NY/NJ area. People affected have said they were on Long Island or New Jersey. Where are you using Verizon? It may be only in one region, or it could be nationwide.
