Hello Michael, I don“t know if you already did a new restart in the servers. I just tried to Power ON/OFF but the problem still persits.
Ok, there has been another update to the time zone data... I updated all hosts. But services might take a few hours before they all pick it up.
I can't say whether this will finally fix this issue for your. But let's keep fingers crossed.
