They may have the same SSIDs, but it may be new equipment. And fairly
low level signals from down the street can cause problems, as well. How
about gently asking them if they changed or added anything new in the
last few months? It would be good to have a list of offending routers.
Such a list could motivate manufacturers to update their products to
reduce or eliminate the interference. Until the issue is resolved, you
can try the script, mitigate the problem, and perhaps collect some data
as well.
