As I reread all this stuff, I wonder if I am still confused. I got MySB.com through resetting the radios. That doesn't seem to be a problem now. The root problem is that the radios will not stay in communication with the router or the extension. The only way to get them to work is to re-boot them. Will the upgrade to my iMac solve this? I was going to bring it in to the Mac Store for servicing. At that time I expect they'll update the OS. Do you expect that will fix the "fails to connect" red antenna problem and if not, then specifically what will? Trying to be real clear because this stuff gets confusing to me!
