Hi, Phil. People are trying to help you. Not because it's their job; it's not. They are just trying to help, because they enjoy their Squeezebox radios and want others to enjoy them too. If you want their help, you can help them by answering their questions, even when you think the answer doesn't matter. You may be absolutely right, and it will turn out that the answer doesn't matter, but it still might help them eliminate some of the possible problems they are considering. I have a Radio, too, but it rarely gets used these days, so I'm no help at all. But I hope that, with knowledgeable help, you'll soon be able to enjoy your Radios again.
