OK; so a few things...

WPA2/PSK Means... WPA2 is the security type you're using for
authentication (don't worry about the acronym, you've selected the right
one.) PSK means Pre-Shared Key. It's geek-speak for a word based
password that Verizon (or you) selects as your WiFi Password. I know
most of our newer routers have two unlinked works and a jumble of
numbers. You can feel free to use that, or select your own, later.

I did a brief read; it appears it's part of what they call SON... Or in
simple terms, having a single network of 2.4 and 5, and letting the
router do the work for you to sort the mess out. You can break them into
two separate broadcasts, and do the work re-programming the router, or
choose the path of hardwiring and/or access points. It's not complex,
but based on your replies it may be deeper than your current knowledge
set (not meant offensively; I know nothing about many things, ask my
wife. :) )

Here's the actual manual for the device, poke around in it. If you feel
comfy, I'm pretty sure it would ease your issues. You would have to
select from the 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz band (rule of thumb, 5 is faster, but has
bad range. 2.4 is slower, older, and more crowded with other "stuff",
but has better range), but I ran networks like that for a decade, and
they ran just fine around the house..

Honestly, Google isn't bad for this. There's multiple levels of
tutorials out there from basic to advanced on Networking, and you can
find a video at your speed. I'd be happy to answer questions based on my
experience with these devices, and basic stuff, but if we get deeper
into router specific "where is that setting buried" kind of questions,
the Internet is probably a lot smarter about it than I am... I have an
old VZ router in the basement, and it's only doing it's job to feed my
TVs with the guide, on demand, and handle multi-room DVR. I haven't
accessed it's menus in a year or two... Apologies.

Below is the full user manual for the device; it might be a good
starting point for where stuff is located in the menus inside the
router.
