If you had a G1100/G3100 Verizon router we pushed SON firmware to those
a while back; I can't say exactly when (2019 is my guess, but again, the
years are beginning to blur as I enter my mid-40s.) 

I know I had to go and help a half dozen friends un-do the firmware
change with old equipment. Plus, mine is setup as a "bridge" for my Fios
TV boxes, when they pushed the update, it created havoc on my network as
well. I shared a few choice words with the development team... 

I'm going to ask a tech to see if I can borrow one of those routers,
power it up, and see if I can help find a few settings in the "advanced"
tab (at least if it's like the other routers we sell.) 

Again; apologies on using "PSK", it's essentially you type in your own
WiFi password. Old Cisco terminology that has apparently fallen out of
favor....
