Phil-
If you had a G1100/G3100 Verizon router we pushed SON firmware to those a while back; I can't say exactly when (2019 is my guess, but again, the years are beginning to blur as I enter my mid-40s.) I know I had to go and help a half dozen friends un-do the firmware change with old equipment. Plus, mine is setup as a "bridge" for my Fios TV boxes, when they pushed the update, it created havoc on my network as well. I shared a few choice words with the development team... I'm going to ask a tech to see if I can borrow one of those routers, power it up, and see if I can help find a few settings in the "advanced" tab (at least if it's like the other routers we sell.) Again; apologies on using "PSK", it's essentially you type in your own WiFi password. Old Cisco terminology that has apparently fallen out of favor.... -Andy pfcs49 wrote: > Jim-regarding the old router: we had to turn it in.
