Unfortunately the validator for that value is set to a minimum of 10ms. So even if you changed the value in the prefs file (which you could do while LMS was powered down), next time you'd touch the Radio's settings it might reset that value to 10. But feel free to give it a try to see whether it suits your needs. We can always review such limits.
