Adjusting the network latency seems to have stabilised things a little.
If I were to play around to see what happens, where would I play; which config file and value has that setting? Also, re 'next time you'd touch the Radio's settings' - is that Radio settings on the Radio (volume, pre-sets, etc which happen v often) or the Radio settings via the server settings web gui (which happen less often)?
