Why turn down the volunteered creativity and enthusiasm of people interested in these libraries? They could become interested enough to make big code contributions. I think open source projects should be very welcoming and closing the brain storming down would be an unfortunate move. Only if there is another official chanel for enhancement ideas it would be ok to stop the enhancement tickets.
