I don't think you could name one single website that displays OSM-Carto tiles 
1:1 without raster resampling on a reasonably modern smartphone. Let me 
demonstrate:

Yes, that's a microSD card for scale.

OSM-Carto just isn't made to be displayed on current high-dpi screens without 
either raster resampling or never stopping to squint.
