mnalis created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6711)

While translating, I've stumbled across group of translations
`Osm:Activerecord.attributes.client_application.*`

e.g.
https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Activerecord.attributes.client_application.allow_write_api/hr
which says it is _"Used on
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/USERNAME/oauth_clients/new"_ (and is
translated as _"modify the map"_ in English).

However, that URL does not work (even when I replace `USERNAME` with my own
username).

- Is it something related to old (now removed) Oauth1 authentication? If so,
should it be removed from translation strings to ease the unnecessary load on
translators?

- Or, is it actually used somewhere (and if so, can it's description be updated
with more information where it is actually used)?

- Or, something else what I am not seeing?

(also, is there a better place to ask this question? I could not find it)

---

Note that there already exist similar:
  (Used on https://www.openstreetmap.org/oauth2/applications/new)
- https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Oauth_clients.form.allow_write_api/hr
- https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Oauth_clients.show.allow_write_api/hr
