"Locked regions" (if I may change the grammar slightly) could work. Having said
that: even if the feature proposed in the wiki may never exist, I'm conscious
that we might be overloading the term. I'm thinking whether the concept could
be used for both things and I think yes it could, but I could be missing
something.
