This PR is purely hallucinated. Reviewers spend precious time looking at PRs.
Having to review a PR that doesn't work because the author sent it at random
and didn't bother to check it in any way or form, is a waste of many people's
time. Please don't send anything that you didn't review yourself first.
Re: Docker issues - I don't know, but perhaps it can be solved by signing into
Docker Hub. Either with the Docker GUI (I don't know what this looks like on
Windows) or with the `docker login` command.
Until you have an environment that you can use to verify your own code, please
don't send any new PRs. I am happy to help you getting your environment
configured. Find my email in my commits.
