To fix some error causing it not to render, I tried to open the Lake Huron
history, and decided to stop. Still got HTTP 509.
1. Can the 1645~1800s (?) timeout be reduced for very active users?
2. A warning be given before trying to load these
3. A warning somewhere when close to hitting the limit, or show the rate usage
status to the user
