Yeah, I wrote this one up in more generic terms, focussing on best practice of
getting hardcoded URLs out of code, rather than my specific use case. I can do
a gross text substitution in `export.html.erb` for that, but thought this one
might benefit upstream.
I focussed only on the URLs because the title and description already have a
relatively straightforward way to bulk edit them (lots of `sed`, or a script
like
[applyLocaleSubs.py](https://github.com/opengeofiction-net/OGF-terrain-tools/blob/master/bin/applyLocaleSubs.py)).
If a specific URL was missing/empty then the output for it could be skipped,
coping with perhaps partial mapping of the four current links, and future
additions. If Geofabrik were to cease offering the service then it's not
unlikely that somebody else could setup with an alternative, or the URL updated
to point to `https://download.bbbike.org`? Is the name too specific, it's
really regional extracts?
