Yes it's possible, but if you plan to have more translations in future, you might want to prevent to translate single words. Localization is more than just translating words to a different language. In another language, it might be not as easy as switching "him" and "her". In the long term, you usually play better by translating whole sentences (where their meanings can be translated to another language).
