I learned the basics using the Pragmatic Programmers - iPhone SDK
Development.
Then I learned by myself, developed some apps, read LOTS of code...
and I got the Objective-C podcasts from The Pragmatic Bookshelf.

Book: http://pragprog.com/titles/amiphd/iphone-sdk-development
Podcasts: http://pragprog.com/screencasts/v-bdobjc/coding-in-objective-c-2-0

It's really easy to learn Objective-C if you have basic knowledge of C/
C++,
or any object oriented language and some memory management :)

Have Fun!
