Hi Keith, I raised this at the Adelaide.rb meeting on Tuesday and like the other reply the getting close to Christmas is a concern with regards to people having deadlines and lots of functions on.
I don't mind the option of keeping it a smaller event (and thus flexibility with dates), but not sure how the community feels. How many people tend to camp? Obviously the more campers the more people as the limiting factor is the beds in the dorms.
