Hi Guys, *TLDR: We've found an awesome venue, but its not avaiable until the 9-11 of December. Is that too close to Christmas for you?*
Last time Rails Camp was in Adelaide, it was held at a place called Woodhouse (http://www.woodhouse.org.au/). After looking around, it still seems to be the best place to host it. That venue however only holds around 80 odd people. We can get an additional 80 beds if we book out the Rymill Center ( http://www.woodhouse.org.au/accommodation.php?name=rymill_centre), the problem is, its not available until the 9-11 of December. I'm throwing this out to the community. Is that date too close to Christmas? What do people think? If the consensus is a no, we'll either keep looking, or have to limit the amount of people that can come - which would be sucky for Rails Camps 10th anneversiry. We looked at a couple of other venues, but alcohol was a bit of a concern with them.
