du'ty, n., pl.  -ties. 1. moral requirement.   "Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets." Matt. 7:12.   "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even to the end of the world." It is not an obligation or assignment.   As for respecting others in religion and convictions. A Royal Ranger is taught this by the Golden Rule.  He has the choice to accept what the other person is saying or representing or reject it just as he has the choice to accept or reject Christ.  He doesn't have to like.
