Yes. All should be bent around soul winning. Keeping them is the hardest part. Reaching, Teaching and Keeping. I would say easiest to hardest. All are necessary and all are important.
The thing to keep in mind is; is the Program pointing to Christ. Sometimes a direct path won't get one there. Sometimes it is one step at a time along a wide varying path, hence the program. The story of the Ranger Emblem with the out of balance points causes me to try to keep my points balanced. I have been guilty of focusing on a few of the points of the emblem and the end result is not what the emblem signifies. Keeping it all in prospective makes Royal Rangers a Very Good Program to Reach, Teach and Keep boys for Christ. I belive it!
