One other thing. If everyone of the commanders earn the medal then the
Senior Commander earns the outpost Commanders medal along with Leaders
Service medal. It is all in your leaders manual. If I was a senior
Commander I would be helping my Commanders all earn the medal. Helping them
filling out the forms. Keeping track of points etc... Here is something to
think about. I am going to write this in caps for the benefit of all.

HOW CAN YOU EXPECT THE BOYS TO HAVE THE DRIVE AND DESIRE TO ADVANCE WHEN
YOU CANT ADVANCE YOURSELF. THERE ARE LITTLE EYES WANTING AND DESIRING TO BE
YOU.

BE THERE BEST EXAMPLE.

Noel,

First of all, who said that women are not allowed in Rangers! They may not
have the opportunity in the U.S. to be commanders in the older boys groups,
but they certainly make great commanders in SA and Buckaroos.

And due to their service, why should they not be able to earn the Outpost
Commanders Award?

I've stopped and thought about it and your comment has no merit what so
ever.

Of course this is just my opinion,

All,
I hope this don't start the women in Rangers thing again. However, I've got
a question.
If women are not allowed in Rangers. Should SA/BUCk women leaders be allowed
to earn the outpost commanders award, ect?
I know it's not about medals but stop and think about it.
