Tell the boys when the candle burns all the way down, you will have a wienie roast or something. Then, when they get rowdy or something else, you threaten to blow it out and not light it until the next week. Then do it if they don't take to the warning. Don't mess with them, don't argue, just keep your word. If the candle is frozen, it will burn through a month's worth of op meetings. Don't let the boys know it is frozen. It burns slower. If you have to blow it out, don't give in and light it again, that takes away from the power of it. If one boy continually makes it be blown out, the others will watch and correct him for you.
