I will find that information out on the 22nd of this month.  Until then we just won't know.  Ha!  Reminds me of what our boys say when where on a road trip..."Commander, are we there yet?"  hehhehehe...   From rumor I have been told we will receive our materials there and it will be a class type session where we will all learn it from open book.  The original plan was to mail out the materials and have us pre study for it.  This way is just as good. I would imagine it will take us a few years to get up to speed on this new program anyway.  Learn it a bit at a time.  Springfield will be flowing with blue coats as my coworkers always tell me... I work and live right in that area.  (Phone man.)  This will be my first RR National Council.    I know Mark Oliver will be there and myself.  Who else will be there.
