Whatever it takes to reach teach & keep them. If we have to have work with
and reinforce the youth leaders than praise God -that is the way it should
be.  Competition means that we are trying to get a pat on the back and
praises from men. Lets not compete but be united with with our brothers in
Christ who have the same goal.  We are youth leaders too aren't we? Amen?
My main goal in Rangers is to get them saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit,
speaking in tongues and on fire for Jesus.  You can throw out the knots and
campcraft if your heart isn't to win them to Jesus.
