IF Ranger Training works, they we are a natural resource for
Youth leadership in any format. Ranger leaders would be good
Uth workers, Ranger leaders need to build the Men's Ministry!

This idea is slowy comming to make sence..

Competition means that we are trying to get a pat on the back and

Amen.. and we need to use two hands on the things we do best.. and
release our hands from the things others can do better..

Well.. said Cdr.Bob.

The "era" of dead end meetings and half hearted efforts must end.
Our goal needs to be sharpened, focused and compressed into powerful
force for good. Presenting foundational truth.. in scripture and
by reflection in young minds makes for a solid base.

Redundent requirements, hollow traditions are waste.

I looked at the LTC pictures posted today of SoMo's LTC and
know that Men have put hours and hours into the "Ideals" expressed
over 40 years of Royal Rangers.. and now the 'fields to be harvested
are getting younger in age.

There is an opportunity here to increase the quality of our efforts
with the boys, and lessen our individual agendas.
