I have to agree with you. If I had a Commander like that in our Outpost, he would not last to long. He would be removed and left to help. I hope he is not the only Commander in that Outpost. Thanks much. Lord Bless

This situation sounds bad from the get go, and it sounds to me like a leader needs to be counseled by the pastor. If that doesn't work, then the leader needs to be removed from his position.
