[RR] More in-depth Uniform Question

Are Ranger commanders required/supposed to/requested/directed/encouraged whatever you wish to say, to wear uniforms to events other than outpost meetings.  Example, B/SA days, campouts, Sectional Roundtable/meetings, planning sessions, etc.?   Just wondering, since I have seen no official guidelines.   In His Grip,   DJ
