As a sectional Commander I give a free soda coupon for those that wear uniforms to the pw derbies and make it known they will be rewarded at these type of events.  I try to have a uniform inspection  LTC style at Round up type events.  Also a bag of treats as a reward to those that do wear thiem is a good idea and spreads good will.    Mark Jones     On Sat, 11 May 2002 18:56:13 -0500 "D.J.
