A  quick comment...

I believe that outposts should be chartered. But is it fair to deprive the boys of the pow-wow experience - spiritual and physical - because for some reason their outpost is not chartered?  What if their church can not afford to charter or if they are a new outpost just getting started?

What next --- dress codes for church services?

Just my thoughts....

Not true.

you can attend pow wow as an uncharted outpost.
To win prizes (uniforms, campsite, ect.) you MUST have an to update charter.

well  I am not  sure  about your  section  but  according  to national policy and I know in our  sections all attending  outposts must  be  chartered and the leaders forms current. so  If  your section  is allowing unchartered outposts attend a sctional an or  district  function they  are not  following  nationals policy. This is my  understanding any way  Harry
