Amen......good word Bob......body ministry is such a vital part of the
church.........Iron Mike, my heart goes out to you as I read and feel the
words you wrote. You have to be hurting. No one can expect you to NOT
feel some pain, or even to get short with others who come to you in a
critical spirit. Please don't let the pain feed the growth of roots of
bitterness, but roots of faith in our Lord as you look up to Him (see
scripture references below).
It's such a shame when we further wound our wounded, and at
times even put them to spiritual death in a manner of speaking. Many are
hurting. I hurt too, but don't feel it to be the right time to express
those hurts. But I appreciate the fact that this WAS the right time for
you to say what's happening with you and your wife to Ranger family, and
you came through with shining colors. So thanks for being transparent and
real and know that you and your wife are in my prayers.
