I do indeed like to get things stirred up.
No stirring = no thinking
No thinking = no changing
No changing = dead program!

I am very pleased to see that the US Ranger office are following [inserts tongue in cheek here] in our footsteps in creating circular porgrams and modulised training.

We did beat you to it by a couple of years, but the volume of your changes are to be applauded. Amazing what gets done with a full time staff, isn't it...
