Why change something that's working to its full potential?
Then you might like to consider the following questions: - is Rangers growing or declining in numbers? - are older youth staying in the program or leaving it? - are leaders motivated and enthused or tired and weary? - are leaders focused on vision or on the moment?
The answers to these questions will empower you to evaluate my earlier point.
